Registration

By registering for classes with the Aranmore Academy of Irish Dance, you agree that all of the personal information entered on the registration page, including addresses, phone numbers, emergency contacts, and medical information is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You also agree that you will read and abide by all school rules and guidelines posted on this website. And, you will let Marie Poirier Marzi know if you have any questions or concerns about these rules within seven days of your registering for classes. You agree that none of the information on this site may be reproduced, copied, forwarded, etc.. to individuals who are NOT registered with Aranmore Academy of Irish Dance.

Requirements

In order to remain a member in good standing, you must pay your tuition by the first day of classes in each session. If you miss the first class, you are still required to pay by that day. You also agree to pay for all classes in each session, regardless of the circumstances. In some cases, Marie Poirier Marzi may refund tuition for those people who are injured are hospitalized, or move out of the area and are unable to finish the session. This decision will be on a case by case basis.

You also agree to let Marie Poirier Marzi know before the end of each session whether or not you plan to continue to take classes. If you do not let her know by the end of a session and you do not pay for the next session and you do not let her know your intentions by the third week of the following session, your membership will be terminated. Then, if you want to take a class in the future, you will be required to re-register and pay a $10 registration fee. For example, if a session ends on Dec. 31st and by Jan 20th, third week of the following session, you have not let us know your intentions, you will no longer have access to the student pages of this website.

Forms

Each student is also required to sign a waiver of liability form in order to take classes. If you have NOT signed a waiver, you agree to let Marie Poirier Marzi know and it will be emailed to you. Also, you are asked to sign a model release form so photos of you or your dancer can be used on the website and for promotional purposes.
